75 REFRESHING YEARS
MARKETING CAMPAIGN
The 75 Refreshing Years campaign aimed to celebrate Cape Breton Beverage’s 75th anniversary and reinforce the organizations brand values and commitment to Cape Breton Island.
Through this campaign, Cape Breton Beverages built upon their strong community relationships through sponsorship and giveaways, as well as increased their brand awareness through multi-channel marketing and community activations.
From June 28, 2024, through September 10, 2024, we helped create, organize and execute Cape Breton Beverage’s 75 Days of Giveaway through social media and website entries. Additionally, we were able to maximize campaign reach by attending signature summer events with the dedicated summer cruiser team.

Campaign Theme & Execution
To ensure consistent execution and recognition, the theme “75 Refreshing Years” was designed and applied through a variety of branded materials. Including, the Cape Breton Beverage’s summer cruiser which attended 11 signature summer events across Cape Breton Island, spending a total of 21 days on-site in the community during July and August.
Giveaways
Over the course of 75 days, 75 giveaway prizes ranging from PEPSI product to a Helicopter Tour were posted on social media. Individuals checked social media each day and entered the contest through the Cape Breton Beverage’s website. At the end of the contest, there were a total of 23,732 contest entries!
Prizes were delivered to winners through the Stingray Radio (101.9 The Hot and New Country 103.5) Summer Cruiser weekly.

Social Media Insights
Social media for the 75 Refreshing Years campaign kicked off on June 10th with an on-site shoot at Cape Breton Beverages. Photos and videos of staff, product and nostalgic items were taken and shared on Facebook and Instagram. Once the campaign launched, daily social media posts were published to encourage individuals to enter the 75 Days of Giveaways.
