Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation
STRATEGIC PLAN & BRAND DESIGN
Last year, we’ve been working with the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation (CBRHF) to develop their 2024-2026 Strategic Plan. Our team conducted a very detailed analysis of the charitable sector in Canada, the CBRHF’s historical data and giving trends, a series of board, staff and stakeholder engagement sessions and a comprehensive community survey, which include four different personas and yielded more than 1000 responses. With all of this information, we facilitated discussions with the CBRHF team to craft a new mission and vision statement, a detailed three-year plan and key performance indicators.
Following the engagment sessions we also conducted a refresh of the CBRHF’s overall branding. We softened their logo, providing a typeface set that allows for flexibility and solved the problem of readability with their previous identity. We expanded their colour palette, refreshed their subbrand logos, key messaging, as well much of the print materials the Foundation utilizes throughout the year. This plan was presented to their Board in January and with the new brand reveal, was released to the public at their 2024 Annual General Meeting in the form of a highlights booklet.
